Cathy Moratto is a real estate professional and owner of
Co-Operative Property Management, Inc. Over the Past 25 years
she has provided property management services to absentee individual owners, partnerships and corporations.
Prior to forming CPM Inc in 1993, Cathy Moratto worked at three real estate firms in Marin and Sonoma Counties.
Angelo Rodas has worked with CPM Inc. for over eight years. His experience includes being the on-site manager of a 29 unit apartment building in San Rafael and running the IT department and day to day operations of CPM Inc. His strengths include being bi-lingual, excellent computer skills, expertise in managing repair personnel and contractors and tenant conflict resolutions.
